What is your shipping policy?
We ship out all orders within 24 hours, to customers all over the world (monogrammed cases excluded) and you will receive tracking updates via email when your items are shipped. We take pride in shipping your items as soon as we can.
DOMESTIC
All domestic orders will be shipped using the method of your choice at checkout. Most of the options come with tracking information and guaranteed delivery estimates.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders will be shipped out within 24 hours. Some international orders can take a bit longer to asrrive due to customs and not all delivery options come with a time guarantee.
Where are you located/where can I buy your products?
We are located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We have a list of retailers that will be carrying our products, but for now you can place orders online through our shop or on Amazon.com.
How do I order wholesale or carry your products?
Contact us through the form on our contact page and a representative will contact you within 24 hours.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, feel free to reach out to us and we will contact you to find a solution to make it right.
What are your cases made out of?
Our luxury cases are made out of premium leather and rubber. Our nature (wood) cases are made out of genuine woods and rubber. Our rugged cases are made out of two different rubber materials, resistant to shock.
How protective are your cases?
Our cases offer protection from everyday bumps and drops. We do recommend pairing your case with our iTough screen protectors for maximum protection.
